Acquisition of TTP Group by Exyte: Combining strengths in European Pharmaceutical Engineering
Exyte, a global leader in the design, engineering, and delivery of high-tech facilities, plans to acquire the TTP Group, a leading consulting and engineering firm for the pharmaceutical and chemical industries in Europe. By combining TTP’s operational brands, Pharmaplan and Triplan, into Exyte’s European activities in biopharma and life sciences, the aim is to to create a strong partner for the booming European biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry.
With this acquisition, Exyte expands its position in the European pharmaceutical market and offers a comprehensive range of services to clients in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. The TTP Group, which operates under the brands Pharmaplan and Triplan, serves blue-chip clients at 27 locations across Europe and employs around 1,000 people.
